Bowling Night!

Another fun family night out! All of the kids did well but I'm pretty sure Regan beat us all out!!!

Early Spring Break

The kids all had symptoms of some sort that either prevented them from going to school OR seemed that it soon would so I figured... why waste a perfectly good opportunity to spend some time in Puyallup, visiting schools and getting to know the area we will soon be living in.  The kids still had a weeks worth of homework to work on, however, so each day we have a bookwork time.  

Upside: We get to stay in jammies for school!

Sweet Prayers

Cohen had the sweetest prayer last night. He was rambling but it was just the cutest thing... "...and thank you for my family because without family you would have no one to take care of you. Thank you for love because I love my mommy so much. Please don't take love out of the universe because I love love and I don't want to hate my mom." Awww bless that little heart and all the kisses that come with it.

Twin Love

Ethan Turns Ten!!!

For Regans 10th birthday, he got the exact same BB Gun that he wanted to get for Ethan, so after scouring the valley for the perfect one, he finally found it.  He and Ethan had a blast going out, going over rules and then shooting the new targets that came with it!

Munchkin Selfie

I got to go pick up the kiddo. We missed dad so we did some selfies and sent them off to say hello.

Hideous Pants

Chezney spilled glitter on pants. I told her it was no big deal. She says "Mom I thought you were going to get me in trouble for getting glitter on my pants." Danissa leans over and whispers to me "Who would get her in trouble for ruining the most hideous pants in the world?" LOL What a sister comment!

Gold Fish Smiles

I went to use the restroom and someone had placed two goldfish crackers in my toilet. They expanded to life size but retained their shape and were smiling at me. I'm not sure how I feel about this...

Old and Forgetful

Twice I ask Danissa to clean the bathroom. She responds, on the second request "Why can't you just be old and forget?" I respond "You are blessed to have a young mommy." She says "That's true... I am." "You like that I'm young?" Danissa replies "Yea... cause that makes you cool. You're the cool mom everybody likes." Awww... I knew I'd have a favorite kid someday...

Saving it for Later...

I found snow on the ground in the kitchen. Perplexed... I open the freezer and found snowballs that Cohen is 

apparently saving it.... for later.

Homestyle Lunchables

The kids can now make their own lunchable type lunches- sandwiches or whatever combination of things they want in a more controlled fashion and my mornings will be less chaotic. Yea!

Black and White

In honor of learning about penguins, the twins class had a Black and White day.

I figured instead of dressing in just black and white, why not go to school AS penguins?!

Sounds like a great idea to me! I'm not sure why Chez was less than thrilled...

Top Ramen Laundry

On todays episode of Family Circus, we get to find out what happens when a child snacks on a dry package of top ramen and leaves the bag of noodles in his pocket. Soft scrumptious noodles throughout the entire load of laundry... chicken flavored for a special kick!

Tacoma Children's Museum

We took the kids to the Childrens Museum in Tacoma. It was such a blast! Regan started

an impromptu snowball fight between some other dads and all the kids.

Employees didn't see all that impressed but who are they to break up the fun

between fathers and their kiddos? So fun!

Uncle Nates Birthday

All the cousins (plus a friend) surprised Uncle Nate with cupcakes

and sang him happy birthday at work.  It was fun

to be able to pop in and surprise big brother!

So Sleepy

Ady had a great visit to her dads house and was quickly tuckered out by all the fun.

When her cute little jabber slowed to a quiet calm... we went looking for her.

She fell asleep on the floor in her special cardboard castle. So adorable!

We now have... Goats.

Meet Snickers and Oreo. Regan and I both decided goats would be fun pets. These two little 

adorable mini-alpines came as a pair.  The kids absolutely adore them.

I never thought I would tuck my kids into bed, and hear them ask to say 

goodnight to the goats! LOL

Monster Trucks!

Regan suprised the boys at Christmas with tickets to the Monster Jam 2014 show.  It had

some well known monster trucks, some high flying motorcycles, and some epic crashes. 

The boys thought it was AMAZING!
